Julie has always loved sunflowers so it was only fitting to have a whole field of yellow sunflowers provide the backdrop for their engagement session. They found this gorgeous place, Holland Ridge Farm, (basically Tuscany), and we explored the acres of sunflowers together!

Engagement sessions are one of my favorite parts of the job. I can get a little bit of a feel for what my couples are like when they inquire or when we talk on the phone, but nothing beats spending a hour hanging out in person. And, I have to say, Julie and Erdwin are like the sweetest people ever! I love loved! getting to hear more about their wedding and their relationship. They have such a sweet connection with one another so they were a dream to photograph!
