Amanda & Frank’s South Jersey engagement session was the perfect way to kick off my spring season! They came to me with the idea of doing their engagement session right in their own backyard. Behind their house is this beautiful old barn and an expanse of farmland, which made the perfect warm & rustic setting. Part of what I love about the area where we live is this landscape of fields and trees and quaint country homesteads. With as long as I’ve lived in South Jersey, I’m sure I’ve driven by and admired this barn before.

You guys already know I’m a sucker for that golden hour glow so I’m so glad the sun was shining for us that evening! The romantic natural light and the chemistry between Amanda and Frank made this portrait session one of my favorites for sure. They make each other laugh easily and are just fun people to be around in general!

Star Wars puzzles, cats, and a love of health and fitness- I found out we have a lot of common interests! haha! Amanda and Frank are definitely my kind of people and I’m so looking forward to celebrating with them on their wedding day!
